![]() Now Eutechnyx have already addressed all the online/offline bug madness, and are currently working to fix these bugs/issues. Cautions are not coming out when someone spins out, cars are under control by AI even after the start, cars flipping before the start, people getting jumps at the start, and so on…. I will go off the top of my head and name a few of them. There are definitely alot of issues with the online multiplayer so far. ![]() We had alot of unpredictability with EA’s servers in NASCAR 09.Ĭons: Unfortunately, i think the online multi-player needs to be Eutechnyx’s TOP PRIORITY when it comes topatching up stuff in the game. Pros: I like the fact that for the first time they have a game like this, they use Microsoft’s servers. What did i think of the online multiplayer?! Here’s what i thought. You can also host your own private match, and choose a specific track, as well as specific rules. You can do an online race, and you can race others in a leaderboard challenge. ![]() In NASCAR The Game 2011, you are able to race with 15 other people in a online race (for a total of 16 online players in one room). Like i said earlier in the post, most people are buying video games mainly for the multiplayer side of the game. I have nothing but great things to say about the offline. The eliminator mode is also fun, and exciting. The AI’s are the best ever on a console game, and the career mode is even more exciting than NASCAR 09. The offline is definitely better than NASCAR 09 ever was. Not sure if this is how that should be, or its just a bug.Ĭons: The AI on lower difficulties like hard and medium are still very easy to pass, and beat by several seconds, but still the AI is the best i’ve ever seen.Įutechnyx spent alot of time on the offline portion of NASCAR The Game 2011 and that time definitely paid off. Thats the best part i think.Ĭons: The only problem i have with Track Testing, is that when you get damage, you pause, and select “return to pits”, and still have damage after you return to the pits. Plus, i like the fact that you can change around your car setup. Pros: Testing the tracks in the game will make the gamer alot better at the tracks they test on. Track Testing: This mode just allows you to test each track, and adjust my setups. Lets take a look at the different single player modes…. It looks as though Eutechnyx got it right. Even though there are people who buy games just for online, there are people who start with the campaign, or single-player. Single player is definitely one of the modes that Eutechnyx needed to get right. Will NASCAR The Game 2011 be the most realistic console game to date? Lets find out shall we?!Įutechnyx wanted to make the game a very detailed, and realistic NASCAR experience. They have alot of experience making racing games, as they have been doing so for the past 20 years. Who is going to take on the license to make a new NASCAR game?!įortunately for us NASCAR gamers, NASCAR signed an exclusive agreement with British racing game developer Eutechnyx, who have worked on racing games like Ferrarri Challenge, Big Mutha Truckers, and Pimp My Ride. After EA canned the license, people were asking one question, and ony question only. ![]() In 2009, EA Sports decided to give up the license to make NASCAR licensed video games after “poor sales’ of NASCAR 09 and Kart Racing. The last two years have been a very dreadful one as far a NASCAR video games are concerned. Once you’ve become a paid member, you share in the revenue streams of your referrals and friends. Membership plans can cost anywhere from $10 to even $50/month. No, many such schemes also expect you to become a paid member of their community. Many ad pack Ponzi schemes don’t just sit back and hope you’ll buy an ad pack (or three) every day. In essence, you are paying money to view and/or click on your own ads. It’s not difficult to figure out that the “traffic” being sold by the ad pack Ponzi scheme is coming from none other than its own subscribers and members. The ads must be seen completely to the end or else you aren’t credited. ![]() Most schemes actually require that you watch a set of ads on a daily basis. ![]() The other action that most ad pack Ponzi schemes encourage is the clicking of ads shown on the vendor website. So, you are encouraged to keep buying the ad packs, but no one can tell you when you’ll see your payout. This all sounds good, except that most ad pack Ponzi schemes have no idea when their ad packs will mature and pay out that 110% or 150% or 200%. With TM paying out 110% currently, your $50 ad pack can theoretically become $55 when it matures. As such, you earn money from any revenues generated through TM. In exchange for making a purchase through TM, you unlock a sharing position with the site. Traffic Monsoon (TM) is one example of a platform that sells ad packs. The remaining money, meanwhile, is said to “mature” over time, like a certificate of deposit (CD). For example, if you pay $50 for a single ad pack, that pack may only provide you with $11 worth of ads. In many cases, your purchased ad pack gives you only a fraction of the total money you paid in the form of ads. After you buy this advertising bundle, you can use it to advertise your own goods and services on the vendor website or family of websites. So… What is an ad pack?Īdvertising packages, or ad packs, are bundles of banner, video, text and other ads that are sold for a discrete amount of money (e.g., $50). While you may know what a Ponzi scheme is about, you may not know about ad packs and how they fit into this plan. In fact, you end up losing a good chunk of your own cash because you must “invest” in this system by buying advertising. Lately, it seems that there are multiple online and work-at-home opportunities that operate as ad pack Ponzi schemes. But I got love for my ex-wife.”īlige has had more relationship drama, too. Certain things just have to develop into a better place. “I’ve been through a whole lot, and no one really gave me advice on how to deal with what I was going through with a broken family,” says Nas, who addresses his split with Kelis on “Beautiful Life,” a track on his new compilation “ The Lost Tapes 2.” “I’m optimistic that things will get better. Last year, the two exes finally reached a joint custody agreement over their now-10-year-old son Knight, but that still left them with issues. He went through a nasty divorce from “Milkshake” singer Kelis in 2009. Twenty-five years later, though, both Blige and Nas have endured more struggles. All kinds of thugs and everything would get in my car back then and hang out with me, and they would wanna hear ‘My Life.’ ” “And it reminds me of my first car - a Champagne Lexus GS 300. ![]() But it feels so good to know that there’s so many people that could relate and that love that album.”Ĭount Nas among them: “It was the soundtrack to our journey, the journey of street people,” he says. I can still feel all the emotion and the sadness when I listen to it now. “I had no idea that I would even be here right now - like, living. “When I was making ‘My Life,’ I was just singing for my life,” says Blige. Seven months after “Illmatic,” Blige dropped “My Life,” her sophomore album, which somehow surpassed the groundbreaking heights of her 1992 debut, “ What’s the 411?” She made the LP during a dark time, which included struggles with drugs, alcohol and a tumultuous relationship with K-Ci Hailey, formerly of Jodeci. Blige and Nas perform in West Palm Beach, Fla., last month. The things he saw, I saw, you know? He captured us and made us think - and learn.” Mary J. But I still can’t look outside of me to really see the impact of that album.”īlige saw it, though - and felt it: “He shared his inner-city life with us. “My headspace was like, ‘I don’t wanna waste this opportunity to get these people’s ears and not give them something with meaning, with everything in me.’ I just wanted to give my all. Once I got a record deal, I moved out and I wrote the rest,” recalls Nas. ![]() “While I was writing a lot of it, I lived in the projects. He set out to “make a great record” - and he did just that. The two titans are also joined in hip-hop history for releasing two classic 1994 albums - Nas’ “ Illmatic” and Blige’s “ My Life” - which are celebrating their 25th anniversaries this year.įirst came “Illmatic,” Nas’ sick debut as a 20-year-old MC, in April 1994. They’ll be pumping their latest joint jam, “Thriving,” as a testament to how they have survived and are still spreading the truth - just like they were when she was crowned Queen of Hip-Hop Soul straight off the streets of Yonkers and he broke out of his Queensbridge hood to rule the rap world.
